We only stayed one night in transit.

We only stayed one night in transit. Very close to the airport. We had a private room with air conditioning. At the time we were there (March 2019) was a water shortage so showers were a bit of a hassle. Free tea and coffee at reception was a bonus. Brightly coloured hostel, very "instagram-able".

Staff very helpful!

Staff very helpful! I got some issue to get blood test at the hospital and the lady at the reception offered to come with me! Great location! Quiet hostel which is relaxing

Asking to move room at the last minute which mean I had to pack everything quickly as I was leaving the next morning and was in between two tours.

Comfort rooms and nice option for breakfast in the morning. Therefore, really nice staff and willing to help you out.

Puerto Princesa has a water problem, which means no water between 9am in the morning and 11 pm at night. Nothing the hostel can change, but do not expact a shower (or a bucket shower if someone has left water for you) and a toilet which you can flush.

We've had all we needed, we loved that it was a very...

We've had all we needed, we loved that it was a very social hostel. Loved the staff, as they were always helpful and treated us as family!

It could be cleaner, and place really needs some maintenance.

The hostel's style was really pretty and it's super close to the airport. Also the location in general seemed quite good.

The walls in the rooms were damp and it smelled really mouldy. The bathrooms weren't clean.

Cheap and close to the airport. Good size rooms with cold air conditioning.

Staff could be a little more friendly and during the dry season there is unlikely to be running fresh water.

A cosy place in a dull city!

A really good surprise in Puerto Princesa. At the beginning, we felt it was a little overpriced but finally we agreed was fair enough. We only spent one night, (our flight arrived late) and it is close to the airport. The location is good, and the facilities as well. They offer free coffee, and even the bathrooms are shared they are in good conditions. We hired our shuttle to El Nido there, and the price was correct (on the average). They recommend some restaurants, etc...

Everything was nice, good vibes!

The room wasnt what we expected!

The room wasnt what we expected! Small, dirty and there was no water avaliable! We only had bucket shower and the water in the bucket was very very dirty! The stuff wasnt nice, the lady didnt care avouth anything... i asked about some water and beer because they had a menu there and she just answered that they dont have anything! We also had brekfast included but we could only choose between pancakes and eggs, for drinking only coffee was avaliable... all in all a big dissapointment!

Good value but could be much better

Aircon in the room at a very affordable rate. Good internet.

The staff did not seem to care very much. On our first stay there was no running water during day time and we were not advised.
